TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Tours are conducted under Permits beholden to CV Bali Classic Indonesia and are subject to the laws/regulations of Indonesia.
  2. Signing the participation agreement means you agree to the Terms and Conditions and have been entirely truthful with any information you have provided to CV Bali Classic or its affiliates.
  3. You accept that CV Bali Classic is not responsible for your personal injury or loss of, or damage to your personal property.
  4. You accept that CV Bali Classic is not responsible for any damage to property or injury caused by you to a Third Party including other Tour Participants.
  5. You are of sound mind and good health when signing the Participation Agreement.
  6. You accept that the use of drugs or the excessive consumption of alcohol during participation can void any insurance options you have taken with CV Bali Classic or other Third Parties.
  7. The wearing of Helmets and suitable Footwear is compulsory when riding a motorcycle during tour participation.
  8. You must be suitably licenced to operate a motorcycle in Indonesia (International Driver Permit or reciprical country licencing agreements) and in your home country and are suitably personally insured to participate in this type of activity.
  9. You have a minimum of 3 yrs of experience operating similar manual transmission motorcycles.
  10. A pillion passenger accepts all the above Terms and Conditions with exception of licencing and is suitably insured to participate in this type of activity.
  11. Deposits made on tour bookings are considered non – refundable , however a credit may be issued at discretion of CV Bali Classic with early cancellation notice.
  12. Pre payment on balance of remaing tour payment will be refunded at 75% within 14 days of written cancellation notice or at customer discretion a 100% credit issued for a twelve month period.
  13. CV Bali Classic reserves the right to alter tour route, length or description when deemed necessary due to unforseen events.
  14. CV Bali Classic reserves the right to cancel a tour or to refuse participation to a client. In the event of such a full refund of any monies paid will be returned to customers within 30 days of cancellation or from the refusal of participation.
